All new clients are required to complete a medical intake form and participate in a consultation with one of our nurses before receiving any IV therapy or injectable treatments.

This is a one-time requirement and helps ensure that treatments are safe, appropriate, and tailored to your individual health needs.

Once your consultation has been booked, your intake forms will be sent to you electronically for completion prior to your appointment.

Please note: Booking an available treatment time does not automatically guarantee or confirm your appointment. To secure your booking, all required intake forms and the nurse consultation must be completed and approved prior to treatment.

To ensure availability for all clients and to respect our nurses' schedules, cancellations made within 24 hours of a scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee.

For clients requiring urgent or same-day service, a $25 same-day accommodation fee may apply when expedited scheduling is available.
